Peony Pattern: Peony represents kinship and grace. Peony is a common flower that used to grow in a place where Miao ancestors conquered. After Huangdi( emperor) drafted Chiyou, the Miao tribe was divided into two parts. Some moved north, and the rest moved South. They crafted peonies on their silvers to represent the remembrance of their ancestors’ footage.
